I specialize in helping people obtain their optimal physique while still maintaining balance in their family, work, and social life. I also specialize in creating real-world nutrition and exercise habits that can be sustained in the long-term without obsessive, unhealthy behavior.

“I’ve spent much of my life fighting what I call the appetite problem. As a teenager, I promised myself I wouldn’t end up like the out-of-shape adults around me. I threw myself into athletics, amateur bodybuilding, became a certified personal trainer, and even danced professionally—measuring every calorie, chasing perfection, and burning out in the process. Despite looking the part, I was locked in a cycle of restriction, bingeing, and frustration.

When medical school, marriage, and kids hit all at once, the wheels came off. I finished residency sixty pounds overweight, exhausted, and carrying the same burden of failure so many know all too well. All my knowledge, training, and discipline just weren’t enough. I needed help.

In 2022, I was introduced to GLP-1 weight management medications. For the first time, I wasn’t fighting constant hunger. I could see that they were potentially world-changing medications. But using them in the standard recommended fashion left me over-dosed, under-nourished, weak, and losing hard-earned muscle.

So I threw out the rule book and forged my own path. I combined GLP-1 therapy with strength training, protein-first nutrition, hydration, and what I call precision dosing—calculating and tracking my levels carefully and taking only the minimum dose needed to get results.

I also incorporated advanced peptides to optimize my hormonal profile and maximize both muscle retention and recovery.

The result was steady, sustainable fat loss, minimal side effects, increasing rather than decreasing muscle mass, and the balance I had been chasing for decades.

Same medication, smarter approach, radically better outcome.

As a board-certified Emergency physician, I’ve seen too many patients harmed by poorly managed GLP-1 and hormone therapy—overdosed, under-supported, and left to figure it out alone. I founded Voafit to change that. Here, we combine physician-supervised precision dosing with expert coaching, individualized nutrition and exercise, advanced hormonal and peptide support, and the guidance I wish I’d had years ago.

I earned my M.D. at the University of Colorado, completed residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, and a fellowship in Medical Education. Before medicine, I studied Athletic Training, Biology, and Psychology, graduating summa cum laude.

Today, I bring that foundation in performance, fitness, and medicine together with a lifetime of real-world, hard-earned experience to help patients achieve results that last.

Through Voafit, we’ve already helped hundreds of people succeed with this smarter, patient-centered approach. My mission is simple: to make lasting health possible for every patient willing to try—without obsession, burnout, or false promises.
