Whitley Madison, DPT, CSCS
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist
I specialize in helping individuals build strength, move pain-free, and perform at their highest potential by integrating physical therapy principles with advanced strength and conditioning.“I earned my bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science before completing my Doctorate of Physical Therapy, driven by a passion for understanding movement, biomechanics, and human performance. Early in my career, I recognized a major gap between traditional rehabilitation and real-world training. Too many people completed physical therapy only to feel uncertain, underprepared, or still limited when returning to the activities they love.
Becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist allowed me to merge clinical knowledge with evidence-based programming, giving clients a clear path from recovery to peak performance. My background as a collegiate athlete and NPC Bikini title holder shaped my appreciation for discipline, longevity, and confidence in one’s physical abilities, and those values continue to guide my work.
Today, I help ex-athletes, active adults, and beginners build resilient, capable bodies through personalized programs that improve movement quality, prevent injuries, and enhance overall performance. My goal is not just to get clients out of pain, but to help them move better, feel stronger, and thrive long-term.
I am excited to be part of a practice that allows me to treat patients the way they deserve—with time, intention, and a personalized approach that supports lifelong health and sustainability.”
