    Registered Licensed Dietician
    Strength & Conditioning Specialist

Jace Rhoden is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with deep expertise in sports nutrition, physique development, functional health optimization, and individualized coaching. He is passionate about helping clients lose weight, build muscle, improve performance, and identify root-cause drivers of symptoms so they can create sustainable change and lasting results.

Jace grew up in Abilene, Texas, and earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Nutrition from Abilene Christian University, followed by a Master’s degree in Sports Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University. His personal transformation began early — entering high school at just 90 pounds — which sparked his obsession with evidence-based training and nutrition. As he realized how disciplined work translated into dramatically improved performance, physique, and confidence, he developed the same level of drive academically and professionally.

His interest in sports nutrition accelerated during his time as a natural bodybuilder, where he saw firsthand how precise programming, intelligent training, and targeted nutrition change physiology, body composition, and metabolic health.

Professionally, Jace served as the head clinical dietitian and Director of Nutrition at an acute care hospital and rehab facility in Mesquite, Texas for 7 years, while simultaneously building a growing sports nutrition and coaching practice.

He has also provided dietician services to the Dallas Stars NHL organization for the last 8 years, providing individualized meal planning, performance nutrition guidance, and assisting in health and performance data tracking to improve player outcomes.

Beyond clinical nutrition, Jace has a formal background in strength and conditioning. He previously served as a strength coach at D1 Performance in Abilene, worked as a student strength coach at Abilene Christian University, and assisted with strength programming for Dallas Stars athletes from 2018–2023 under the direction of Dallas Stars strength & conditioning coach Brad Jellis before shifting full time focus into nutrition and performance coaching.

He is an expert in athletic performance and programming and specializes in helping patients of all ages and ability levels succeed in improving their physiques, physical function, and athletic performance.

For the last 6 years, Jace has owned and led his private consulting company, Fit For Him, where he integrates faith, fitness, and food to help clients transform their lives and reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Jace enjoys hunting, snowboarding, lifting weights, and spending time with his dog, Aska.
