Jace Rhoden, RLD
Registered Licensed Dietician
Strength & Conditioning SpecialistI specialize in helping individuals transform their bodies and health through evidence-based nutrition, performance programming, and metabolically sound lifestyle strategies that create sustainable, long-term results.
“I grew up in Abilene, Texas, and earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Nutrition from Abilene Christian University, followed by a Master’s degree in Sports Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University. My passion for nutrition began with my own transformation. I entered high school weighing just 90 pounds, and the process of learning how disciplined training and strategic fueling could completely change my physique, performance, and confidence shaped the trajectory of my life and career.
My interest in applied sports nutrition accelerated through natural bodybuilding, where I experienced firsthand how targeted programming and precise nutrition can optimize physiology, metabolism, and body composition. That experience gave me a deep respect for individualized coaching and a desire to help others achieve results they never thought possible.
Professionally, I served for seven years as the head clinical dietitian and Director of Nutrition at an acute care hospital and rehabilitation facility in Mesquite, Texas, while simultaneously building a growing performance nutrition practice. For the last eight years, I have also provided dietetic services for the Dallas Stars NHL organization, where I helped design individualized meal plans, performance protocols, and data-driven nutrition strategies to support elite athlete outcomes.
Alongside my clinical and nutrition experience, I have worked in strength and conditioning roles at D1 Performance and Abilene Christian University and contributed to strength programming for Dallas Stars athletes from 2018 to 2023 under Strength and Conditioning Coach Brad Jellis. This combination of clinical expertise and performance coaching allows me to integrate metabolic health, physique development, and human performance into a single, cohesive approach.
For the past six years, I have led my private consulting company, Fit For Him, where I combine faith, fitness, and food to help individuals maximize their potential and live with purpose. My mission is to uncover the root causes of obstacles preventing people from achieving their goals and to provide a clear, personalized plan for transformation.
Outside of work, you’ll find me hunting, snowboarding, lifting weights, or spending time with my dog, Aska. I am grateful for the opportunity to help clients build stronger bodies, healthier minds, and lives they are proud to live.”
